Lenovo Constant Connect Available

The Constant Connect ExpressCard and software that Reasearch in Motion (RIMM) and Lenovo announced back in february is available today at Lenovo.com and authorized resellers. Lenovo Constant Connect is an innovative feature that synchronizes email between a ThinkPad and a Blackberry, even when the ThinkPad is in sleep mode.

The feature is particularly useful for traveing business people who don’t always have access to a WiFi hot spot or a 3G card. The Constant Connect card sends and receives email via BlackBerry’s wireless connection. This means users can compose and read email form the comfort of their ThinkPads.
