NumberKey: Turn your iPhone into a MacBook Keypad

Numberkey is an application that turns your iPhone into a numerical keypad pad. To make Numberkey work you need to install the $1.99 application on your iPhone and your MacBook.

Fire both applications up and you can start punching in numbers to your favorite spreadsheet app or figure out how much money you’ve lost over the past couple of months.

The lack of numerical keypads on notebook keyboards can be a real pain, prompting some users to buy bulky notebooks just to get those extra digits.

I downloaded the application and while it does work, it does not come close to replacing a real keypad and it’s nearly impossible to touch-type with Numberkey. It’s still a very cool iPhone application and well worth the $1.99 if you dislike entering numbers on your notebook’s keyboard.
