Samsung Q1 UMPC Solid State Disk
Greg Berg from Samsung shows off the Q1P Ultra Mobile PC with a 32 GB Solid State Disk (SSD). Samsung’s SSD is shock and pressure resistant, while offering faster seek times and lower power consumption. There is quite a premium for the SSD, with the Samsung Q1P starting at $1,999. Samsung’s Q1 with rotational hard drives can be found for only $899. 64 GB versions and lower prices expected later this year.
