Toshiba’s Terca M6 Notebook

Toshiba’s 12” Terca M6 notebook computer looks like a great option for mobile pros and students that don’t want to break the bank, but want all the features of their desktops while at shuffling between airports or classes. The $1,299 version of the notebook measures 11.8” x 8.9” and weighs four pounds, all while packing a Core Duo, 512 MB of RAM, an 80 gig drive, a/b/g WiFi, a DVD +/-R double layer drive, 6-in-1 memory card reader and a fingerprint reader. The hard drive and LCD are isolated against shock and the keyboard is spill resistant. Bluetooth 2.0 is optional though. Toshiba claims five hours of battery life.
