iTunes Offers Up HD ABC, CBS, FOX & NBC TV Shows
Apple announced that you can now buy high definition primetime shows form the four major TV networks for $2.99 per episode. The high definition shows can be viewed on your notebook or Apple TV. A standard definition version is included in the purchase price so you can watch them on your iPod or iPhone.
Blu-ray Burner for MacBooks
The MacBooks and MacBook Pros announced earlier this week lack a Blu-ray option, a glaring omission for HD content creators. Steve Jobs called adding Blu-ray a “bag of hurt,” but thankfully Amex Digital’s figured out how to produce an external Blu-ray disc burner that can be used with MacBooks and MacBook Pros and will cost only $289.

Review: iHome iHM77 “Capsule Speakers”
The tiny iHome iHM77 Capsule portable speakers blew away my expectations the minute I plugged them in to my iPhone. The speakers can fit in your pocket, but are louder than any internal notebook speaker I’ve heard and deliver more sound per ounce than any portable speaker I know of.
MacBook Pros: Are they Really ‘Pro’ Notebooks?
In the Apple notebook keynote Address, Steve Jobs and company talked a lot about progress in the educational retail markets, but they didn’t talk at all about the needs of professional users. The MacBook Pro is a very impressive notebook in many regards, but it lacks many ‘pro’fessional-grade features that are taken for granted on many PC notebooks.
MacBook Air Gets Faster Graphics, Bigger Drives
Apple’s updated the MacBook Air with bigger drives and improved graphics. The MacBook Air now comes standard with a 120GB hard drive, rather than the 80GB drive found in previous models. A 128GB sollid state drive is now available on the $2,499 version of the MacBook Air.
