Sony is taking $300 offSony VAIO SR series Notebooks at SonyStyle.com. on Black Friday through 12/1/08. The VAIO SR series is Sony’s mid-range 13.1-inch notebook and will be priced form $894.99 on Black Friday.

The Sony VAIO SR is a nice 13-inch consumer notebook, but if you want a sleeker 13-inch VAIO you should look at Sony’s Z series.
