Windows 7 MultiTouch Demo

Windows 7, Microsoft’s next generation operating system, was demonstrated today at the D6 Conference on a Dell XT Tablet. Windows 7 is expected to be released in 2010 and features a multi-touch interface.

The following video shows how users can manipulate photos, paint and navigate the globe with your fingers and play a virtual piano. While multi-touch is impressive, I can already do a lot of things in the video with the HP tx2000z tablet I’m using right now that’s running Vista thanks to its touchscreen.
