Seagate Unveils 250GB Notebook Hard Drive
Seagate announced the Momentus 5400.4, a 250GB notebook hard drive. The Momentus 5400.4 uses perpinducular magnetic recording (PMR) technology to cram data on just two platters. It has extensive vibration and shock protection for increased reliability.
The Momentus 5400.4 will start shipping to OEMs later this year.
