SanDisk’s 32GB SSD Notebook Drive, 64GB Coming Soon
Doreet from SanDisk shows us the new 1.8-inch 32GB Solid State Drive for notebooks at CES 2007. The company thinks some people will be willing to pay a premium to nix their mechanical disk drives. Solid state drives offer higher reliability, faster speeds and lower power consumption. A 64 GB version will be available later this year, along with 2.5-inch versions.
