College Kid Builds PowerBook Tablet

A USC undergrad couldn’t wait for Apple to build a Tablet MacBook, so he improvised with a Titanium PowerBook. It took a Wacom drawing tablet, two days of work and some trial and error, but the thing works reasonably well. It’s rough around the edges and the digitizer only works on the middle of the screen, but pretty impressive for a dorm-room project.
