HP dice “Feliz Navidad”

HP Ahora Spanish Support

During this holiday season, HP will provide Spanish-language product information and customer care in an effort to broaden access to technology for U.S. Hispanic consumers.
CompUSA will sell desktops with a Spanish-language version of Windows XP, but if you shopping for a new notebook it’s still English only XP for you. Bilingual HP employees will also be in some CompUSA stores on the busiest holiday weekends.

HP will offer consumers three ways to access product information and support in Spanish and to buy HP products:

  • HP’s Spanish-language website, www.hp.com/go/hpahora
  • A dedicated phone line, +1 800 799 6947, supported by bilingual sales
  • Spanish-language sales materials offered by 200 leading retailers in Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Louisiana, New Mexico, New York, Texas and Puerto Rico.
