Toshiba’s Core 2 Duo 17-incher

Toshiba is rolling out three Intel Core 2 Duo notebooks today.

The Satellite P105 Series is a desktop replacement notebook that features a 17-inch TruBrite display  an external TV tuner on select models to go along with Windows XP Media Center OS. The P105 is skinned with anOnyx Blue Metallic high-gloss lid and a high-gloss palm rest inside. Starting at $1,249, the P105 comes standard with 2 gigs of memory and your choice of a 120GB to 200GB hard drive.
We’d like to see a dedicated graphics card in any multimedia machine, but the Toshiba P105’s graphics are powered by an integrated controller with shared memory. If you’re not a gamer this is probably okay.
