Microsoft Releases High Def Mouse for Notebook Computers

Microsoft Hardware is relaunching its Wireless Notebook Optical mouse to feature High Definition technology. While most of us think of flat panel TVs when we hear Hi Def, the mouse industry is jumping on that bandwagon. The notebook mouse has a resolution of 1,000 dots per inch and captures 6,000 frames per second. This means you can have great control of your pointer, even if you have a very surface to work on, such as a corner of an airplane tray. Microsoft claims the chip that powers this thing is super efficient and helps the battery last for six months.
